The treehouse rules

Page revised 22 September 2026.

1. About us

These terms govern your use of treetopacornclub.com ("Treetop Acorn Club", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of treetopacornclub.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may climb up

Treetop Acorn Club is meant solely for people aged 19 or over. Using the site is your confirmation that you are 19 or over.

3. Acorn coins, which are virtual

  • Every game runs on virtual coins given out at no charge.
  • Coins are worth nothing as money; they are not money, credit or property of any kind.
  • Nobody can buy, sell, withdraw, transfer or swap coins for money, goods, services or prizes, and the village has no in-app purchases.
  • No prize of real-world value is on offer.
  • We may change or reset coins, levels and features at any time.

4. Not one acorn of real-money gambling

Treetop Acorn Club runs no real-money gambling, promotes none, and lowers no rope to any gambling operator.

5. The account

  • A free account is needed for the two worlds beyond the open one. Each person may hold one account and must not share it.
  • Your password stays with you alone; if somebody else gets into your account, send word to us at once.
  • You may delete your account whenever you choose from your account page. Deletion takes effect at once and cannot be reversed.
  • We may suspend an account that is used to shake the branches of the site, or one we believe belongs to someone under 19.
  • Coins, levels and missions are tied to the account, are never your property, and can be reset.

6. Fair use of the branches

Do not try to disrupt the site, run automated tools against it, offer to trade coins, or allow anyone under 19 to use it.

7. Whether the treehouses are up, and our liability

The site is provided ‘as is’. We may alter or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights stay unaffected.

8. Which law the oaks answer to

These terms answer to the laws of the Province of Ontario and to the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
